      Great benefits, company matches 6% to 401k. Paid holidays. Extra if holiday worked. Generally plenty of OT available

      Cons

      Rotating shifts. 1 week days, 1 week nights. Then a week of days and nights. Hard to get a consistant sleep schedules

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
