      Pros

      Bonus were nice and the place has some good people....very few in the procurement department.

      Cons

      Management is tough to handle. Moral was always low. Outsourcing is a constant worry. Don't work here if you don't have to.

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
