      Pros

      Challenging, working on a wide variety of equipment. Every day is different due to the unknown factor of what will break, who will break it, and how spectacularly it will fail.

      Cons

      Rotating schedule, repair parts availability. Employee accountability is vague.

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
