      good pay, good coworkers, family atmosphere

      Cons

      management has no idea how to manage a business, closed a mill making over a million dollars a month to try to save a nonunion mill that hasn't made a profit in over a year

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
