      solid company, with strong values and trying to change to be better

      one bad decision after the other has sunk the company little by little do not value employees anymore

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
