      Gerdau is international company with great morals and values. Great place to work for a new or recent college graduate in engineering.

      Work can often times stretch beyond a typical 8-5 schedule.

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
