      Awesome coworkers. Great pay and benefits. Loved the job. Loved the hours and opportunity to work overtime. Great opportunity for advancement.

      Cons

      I can't think of any cons. Great company to work for. I'd still be working there if I didn't relocate to another state.

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
