Senior Leadership has a major ego problem, puts all the pressure on the sales force yet failing at both the hospital and retail level. Tells reps to "own their business" yet micromanages nearly every aspect of their day. Does not have a full product portfolio yet expects reps to grow market share. Half of the products cannot be found at majority of major retailers. Turnover has been high and will continue to grow.
