Gerber Life has an excellent company mission to help families protect their financial future. The mission is felt through the company's culture and environment. There is collaboration and partnership across the organization. There is excellent focus on delivery of numbers and metrics and clear goals outlined to work towards. In addition to a great work culture, there are excellent benefits and work/life balance that can be achieved working at Gerber Life.
Cons
The soft culture of collaboration can sometimes hinder speed to market/advancement, but I believe that this is changing with many advancements and capabilities underway.
