Pros
Flexible working hours and WFH policy. Casual dress code. Interesting work. Improvements in working environment in last 5 years. No longer feels like a dry and dusty office. New office is brilliant.
Cons
Not particularly laid back. The culture is still a bit outdated and organisation very hierarchical. Sometimes feels like Partners have an us and them attitude to employees below Partner level. Recent sale was leaked before staff were told, and then leak dismissed by CEO despite it being true - as if he thinks we are all gullible fish. Diversity could be better at entry level.
