Fantastic client base, and service lines from Industrial to Planning to Offices have some great people working within. One of the last stand-alone surveying practices of scale. But that is about to go in the bin
Cons
The business is up for sale at the moment. The equity partners are making an ill advised cash grab to sell the business to a horrendous American corporation. Everything that some of our clients value will go in the trash can. Head of Capital Markets will no doubt disappear somewhere else when the golden handcuffs expire.
