Pros

Great exposure to clients from various industries

Cons

The firm is putting a lot of effort on marketing, creating a fancy image of the work place, but it is absolutely fake. The firm do not look after employees, do not provide enough training and expect you to know everything when you start and you will be let go if you do not meet their high expectation with very low pay. Employees are not looked after thus turnover is extremely high, the firm is constantly hiring because employees are constantly leaving, a big joke. A few colleagues I knew were looking to leave.

Pros

Some friendly colleagues who are also willing to help.

Cons

No training for Juniors, you will be dropped in to the company expected to add value instantly. You will not be told why things work yet down the line they will want you to have known x, y and z, despite offering no guidance. Dependent on the manager you get given may be left without an appropriate chance of success. While some managers will support and nurture you and offer a pipeline of success through increased support and structure, others will be radio silent, and yet that will somehow be your problem, not theirs. Expectations are high and employees are checked on their time spent on each task constantly, even if you work overtime, which many people here do, it is unlikely you can fulfil these expectations set upon you. Favouritism for employees is rampant and different rules apply to different individuals. For those looking to advance their careers here, it is a dead end, turn over rate is the highest I’ve ever seen and almost no promotions occur, with the only promotions going to those in favour, not necessarily the most deserving. There is a massive push to become a top company in this sector, yet they aren’t and likely will never be. Tl/dr: There isn’t much of a logical reason to pick this place over somewhere else, it is unlikely to boost your career in any positive way and almost everyone here wants to leave.

Pros

The location and facilities are exceptional, offering an impressive environment for staff. Furthermore, a diverse array of well-organised events is available for employees, fostering engagement and team cohesion.

Cons

I experienced a lack of structure and support, which ultimately affected my motivation and confidence. It was disappointing to find that, despite discussing these concerns during the interview and receiving assurances of support for my professional growth, the follow-through did not materialise.
