Pros

I get to work on very interesting and important projects. I feel as if our work really contributes to the industry. Great co-workers. Collegiate team atmosphere where everybody is willing to help to get things done. No backstabbing like at my previous job.

Cons

Lots of work, sometimes long hours to meet deadlines. Sometimes not as many resources as I would like to get things done on time.

Pros

This is a business that takes care of its staff. Management allows a lot of flexibility for their staff and is always supportive professionally. I always look forward to walking into the office and working with this team on a daily basis.

Cons

There really is no downside to working at Geoscience. Management is always available to talk if there are any issues, and will work with you to find a solution.
