Pros
Fun office atmosphere, opportunities to apply yourself and learn a LOT about solar, have made friends for life, work life balance is great.
Cons
Stressful for no real reason other than poor management. Lack of support, lack of communication/teamwork among coworkers, especially across departments. There also seems to be a hierarchy that is not laid out but instead internal and you are expected to understand.
