      Pros

      Paid holidays, telework ( they will intentionally email you to see if you are working), and location downtown.

      Cons

      -Heavy, heavy workloads -Pay not commensurate with work load -Backstabbing cowards who will try to set you up to be fired -Racially intolerant work environment -Disrespect from CRMs (They make more money but want you to do their work) -Disrespect from Vendors

      Pros

      For years GTA was a great place to work until recently when management changed. It is not anymore.

      Cons

      Lacks vision, integrity and ability to change anyyhing.

      Pros

      My experience here has been positive overall. Working at GTA has given me a lot of experience and opportunities to learn about enterprise IT systems.

      Cons

      Not much room for growth. Public sector pay not great. Despite being a progressive, forward-thinking entity, it is still held back by bureaucratic structures.
