You have to pay them for parking. Pay is not comparable to the amount of work nor is the title. You're really a financial manager. USG needs health insurance options. Copays and deductibles are ridiculous for the amount employees pay monthly for insurance. People stay in positions solely because of comfort and the pension, so there's not much room to grow
