Pros

The best part about being a graduate Teaching Assistant at Gerogia Tech is that you have flexible hours of work. Georgia Tech is a great place of all round development and pursuing interests

Cons

Being a graduate Teaching Assistant, I feel that Gerogia Tech has a very hectic time schedule. If you do not plan and organize your time carefully, you will lag behind.

Pros

- Free Housing - Meal Plan - One of the better on campus job for students in my opinion (still able to be involved in other activities as a student on campus)

Cons

- Duty part of the job (Being on call and getting late night lock outs but this is rare), and definitely can still do homework in between doing duty rounds - experience can also depend on your hall director / area (but regardless still served on great RA teams, can be great if you have a co-ra but also been good at time being a single RA on the floor (no need to coordinate schedule if you do events together as a single RA unless you alternate events with your co)
