Pros
The clinics are busy so we are never bored. The docs are all kind and approachable and will teach the staff. The administrators started a “team of the month” to highlight teams and they get to do something fun outside of work (company paid). They also have the docs meet with our team each month so we get lots of interaction with them to ask questions or just decompress. Our directors are easily available and helpful. HR is probably one of the most responsive and welcoming HR person I’ve ever met- she isn’t stuck up and really gets to know us and helps us when we reach out. She gets it. Best of all…. I love my team and how close we are. Great environment for sure and so much room to grow!
Cons
Clinics are busy but there are so many resources for your training that you appreciate the fast paced environment. We do have to travel to other offices sometimes , but they give us gas mileage so I can’t complain too much.
