      Culture is great. They really implement the principles. Safety is very prioritized. Work life balance is amazing. I never work overtime or take work off the clock.

      Cons

      The onboarding process was a little overwhelming with all of the new information I had to learn.

      horrible management, working with felons, everyone is entitled, schedule is all over the place, pay poorly, long hours, bad food
