Pros
Money, steady work, bonuses, lunch parties, lots of exercise don't need to go to the gym. Still have work when plant gets flooded by the Delaware River. When you find another job after this one you will realize the difference of a good company vs. bad company.
Cons
No life outside of work. Mandatory overtime, management lies to you, Koch's Ten Commandments MBM are for employee only, management does not follow them, especially respect, integrity and honesty. Many safety issues.
