Job is empowered to make decisions that make your job easier. People I work with are generally good workers and friends.
Cons
So many people have left that there is a skill deficit in the service groups. Pay policies are pretty unpopular. Bonus system is non-existent. Beaurocracy is extremely burdensome - big reason many have left for greener pastures.
