      Pros

      Old and stable company that has very little interest in being first to market in any of their product catagories, however they are a recognized market leader.

      Cons

      The senior management group that I reported into at Georgia Pacific really does not value the knowledge and ideas from their managers that could raise the value proposition for further market growth.

      somewhat flexible. requires little to no brains

      horrible management, working with felons, everyone is entitled, schedule is all over the place, pay poorly, long hours, bad food
