Pros

Work Flexibility: Compressed Schedules 7-4 , 8-5, 9-6 with the option of choosing what you want in most groups. Work from Home options in most groups with most people getting at least 2 days WFH. Some options to work 10 hour days with every Friday off. Office: Beautiful newly renovated offices in Downtown Atlanta. High end with savvy technology. Premier location near Georgia State University. Advancement Opportunities: Plenty of opportunities during certain times of the year for advancement.

Cons

Leadership/Management: HORRIBLE. They are sneaky and manipulative. They pick favorites and will hold you from moving to new opportunities within the company. They don't follow the Koch Guiding Principles and make work life very toxic. Compensation: Base Salary is not really competitive, imperative that you negotiate salary wisely before accepting offer because there is NO BONUS PROGRAM. NO INCENTIVES for employees what so ever. They have a spot bonus that leadership can give out, but no one does to keep cost low. NO INCENTIVES: Leadership had the mentality that you should be happy to have a job but we all know that does not work in Atlanta, there is way to much competition for good talent.

Pros

Autonomy Remote work opportunities Decent Pay - only if you negotiate it

Cons

Zero training Poor leadership Lack of recognition Constant focus on “closing gaps” - you’ll spend all your time talking about less than 2% of revenue/profit Inconsistent bonus payouts with no metrics to understand how they arrive at a figure No clarity on how to achieve pay increases. Constant responsibilities added to your role that were not previously part of the role you were hired for.
