Pros

Great onsite employees and the ingredients for some substantial successes

Cons

Atlanta second guesses every move taken locally even when all thruput targets are being well exceeded and variances exceeded $5.6M when the division lost $6,5M during the same period. Dozens of "helpers" are quick to take credit for successes even though they never appeared on-site even though they had no clue as to the product lines, equipment capabilities/shortcomings or Customer expectations. To not support this approach from afar is to be labeled a non-supporter of MBM and will jeopardize your job. We measured MBM adherence but initially had no budget, no metrics and little willingness to achieve anything. Any - Do not even ting about voicing respective challenges less you be branded. Get any signing bonuses paid up front or never see it as I was promised a $20K sign-on bonus to join the Team -I got the results just no bonus - A real mistake!

Pros

Autonomy Remote work opportunities Decent Pay - only if you negotiate it

Cons

Zero training Poor leadership Lack of recognition Constant focus on “closing gaps” - you’ll spend all your time talking about less than 2% of revenue/profit Inconsistent bonus payouts with no metrics to understand how they arrive at a figure No clarity on how to achieve pay increases. Constant responsibilities added to your role that were not previously part of the role you were hired for.
