By far the best job I've had other than working for myself. Company has good quality benefits and the pay is decent compared to job load. We are union as well so the perks
Cons
Old facilities so we could definitely use some modernized equipment. Pay advance program is a slow process though we do get guaranteed cost of living every year thanks to the union.
