      Fast pace enviroment, clients initial experience is top priority to maintain competive in market. Employee benefits are exceptional, health, education, bonuses

      Cons

      Employees are stuck in a growth options. Little initiative is made to maintain positive outcomes with clients once becoming members of valuable serice.
