      Small niche organization working in the enviormental policy work Coastal advocacy Great at exposing Georgia residents to various natural places around the state.

      Cons

      It is a small organization, that works with mostly general market patrons. Not much diversity, they do what other organizations do as it relates to policy. I thing they do a great job at fighting for special places around Georgia where they recreate, but not the smaller parks and green spaces in the city.

      Supportive team, meaningful environmental work, real project involvement, strong mentorship, and mission-driven culture.

      Cons

      Things can move slowly at times because decisions go through different stakeholders, but it teaches patience and real-world process. More structured guidance for interns would be helpful, but the team was always willing to help when asked.
