Where do I start. Low pay for a masters level social worker, management is degrading and belittling, and the culture is shot. The turn over here is unreal in all departments. The care coordinators are burned out and the outreach side is raising money through businesses giving a percentage of profit to ga cares. Ha! No one talks to each other barely in the office. People seemed miserable. My boss was not qualified to even do her job. It was a laughable situation. I couldn’t wait to get out of there. So glad I did.
