let me count the ways... i've been with Georgette for about 3 years - i LOVE my job, and am so proud to be part of this team. during my time here i've seen the business grow very noticeably - and have Ioved been part of a team that is also growing, learning and excitedly working together to make new things work every day. we all participate in the creation and maintenance of cogs and wheels that make future growth even better - it. is. AWESOME. the job itself is great - this is a perfect example of a young, energetic, busy company - we have so much agility as a team! if you think something can be improved upon - you simply put your idea on the table - and then -->> people LISTEN to you, and DISCUSS the what/why/when/how's and *drumroll* - things get improved! (crazy!) and then - there is the culture. that delicious little nugget of fun that's always lurking around the corner like your favourite rascal. we work hard - and we play easy. the communication at Georgette has always been a favourite part of the position for me - always open and inviting and friendly and fun - no matter if we're dealing with business or pleasure. it is a lovely atmosphere - we are a lively crew, with a great mix of personalities and interests. we have great social events - in and out of the office - and lots of opportunity to have input on what that means. your hard work will be noticed. your creativity will be soaked up. your scrappy hustle will be rewarded. your weirdness will be celebrated. your intelligence will be valued.
