Pros
Got a graduate degree tuition-free yet this benefit has waned drastically. Ability to move to other departments with some ease. Working with very talented staff.
Cons
Very low pay for DC. There were numerous meetings aimed at making strategic changes, all while presenting a facade of capturing the staff's (mainly faculty's) will. However, leadership had already made their decisions before even initiating these meetings.
