      Pros

      Tons of vacation time if you're AAP, still a good amount if you're staff. Lots of holidays off, great retirement matching (10% if you contribute 3%) and free tuition.

      Cons

      Crappy pay, not a lot of room for growth, frustratingly traditional and glacial bureaucracy.
