All cuts on the backs of staff - Executive Assistant Georgetown University Employee Review

Management, pay, benefits, hierarchal elitist structure. The tuition benefit was used in my salary negotiation, then just as I am getting ready to apply to a program, the benefit is altered so I cannot use it for another two years, and now there is a 10% tuition payment required. That might not sound like much, but Georgetown graduate programs are nearly 7k a class! I am better off applying to other schools and going for scholarships.
