Pros
Working at Georgetown is a great experience if you get to interact with the student body, a truly gifted group of kids. The benefits are also fantastic and you cannot deny the sense of community on campus.
Cons
The pace can be very slow, depending upon the season. The University also has a hard time firing individuals, so the talent is not always there in each department.
