      Pros

      The owners and directors are awesome and do a really great job of preparing Associate Directors to teach the material. The students are also really fun and the directors work hard to schedule compatible matches between ADs and students. The environment is really laid back and enjoyable.

      Cons

      Working late Sunday-Thursday can be really tough, but since the kids come in for help after school, the schedule makes sense.

      Pros

      -tight knit team with fun team building -a lot of initial training and ongoing support -huge amount of exposure to education -get to work with a lot of different students/subjects -a ton of PTO days (long holidays that match school calendar) -can commit for just one school year at a time -off on Fridays

      Cons

      -hours can be funky for work/life balance -can be exhausting when you have a full schedule
