Pros

Some great colleagues, but almost universally unhappy. Unless you’re one of the “select few” that play golf together and cream off all the perks for themselves.

Cons

Terrible leadership, no real investment in staff development. Expect staff to work ridiculous hours. Glossy on the outside, but do not create a happy working culture.

Wow, that’s a pretty bleak appraisal, thanks for sharing your feelings and I’m sorry that we weren’t a great fit for you. I’d be keen to hear when you left though as this isn’t an organisation I recognise; our UK board has an almost 50 percent split of male and female representation. Please do contact me directly if you’d like to talk through your feedback further or if you’d prefer, contact our Head of Talent. In the meantime, I wish you all the best with your new ventures! Jason (MD)
