Pros
Good benefits, always something going on, free tuition for full time employees, get to meet a lot of people (students, faculty, other staff).
Cons
Low pay, pay for parking, incompetent management that cannot be fired because of state law protection, lack of flex work option in certain departments, stuck in their old ways, lots of turn over so people don't know what they're doing, state budget cuts means no raises for 2 years, how are people expected to thrive in Fairfax VA if they can barely afford a mortgage or start a family?
