Great company to work for! - Recruitment Consultant George Blake Employee Review

I had the opportunity to work for George Blake as a Recruitment Consultant for a little over a year and I have to say, it was a unique experience. From the first day, I felt welcomed and supported by the team, which made my transition into the role a lot easier. The company culture was really positive and everyone was focused on working together to achieve our goals. The senior management team was very approachable and always available to offer guidance when needed. This supportive environment allowed me to grow as a recruiter and learn from the more experienced consultants. One of the things I enjoyed most about working at George Blake was the variety of clients and industries we had the opportunity to work with. It was great to be able to use my expertise to find the perfect candidate for a client, and see the impact it had on their business.

The workload could be quite demanding at times but I suppose that it is an industry issue not a company.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time with George Blake. I started as a Trainee and was given hands on training from the Directors from day 1. The office had a great atmosphere and all the latest tech with brand new iMacs. The Directors are very friendly and approachable and have created a great environment to allow people to thrive. I left due to studies and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a career in recruitment.
