Pros
Good pay, good structure and processes, good for new career start or intro to mnc managemenr styles.
Cons
Rigid in decision making, rigid in processes, unperforming SBUs with MD level first to go. Crm tracking sales staff on monthly basis.. Margin control at too high level expecting commodity products to sell like high purity project products with same margin..downfall imminent for commodity product line as competitor will gradually catch up and improve and dominate.
