Be prepared to work they are still a small company.

As a company, we are appreciated for our hard work and they do small things that go along way and make you comfortable at the office each and every day. From ordering your favorite coffee for the Keurig and snacks for the office to making sure you have all the tools and resources to do your job effectively. 2. Competitive Benefits & Salary: The compensation packages are very competitive and if you work hard that work is rewarded. You're also offered more time off starting day one than I've seen anywhere else and it provides a great work life balance that really just makes you want to work harder. 3. Company Size: We're small but mighty and growing very quickly. You have a lot of opportunities to make suggestions, be heard, and make an impact. It's a fun, energetic atmosphere to be a part of something that you can help build.

We have an internal company chat that people are constantly chatting in. Mostly work, but not always. It can get distracting, especially as we grow. It's not a bad thing, but it does require a little extra focus sometimes in order to stay on task.
