- No personal time, meaning that when you're not working you're still working, no real time to breath. - Salary is really low for the time and energy spend. And you also spend your money for all the travel expenses / food (meaning you destroy your credit score with you bank) - If you don't agree with the way thy do things (not ethical) then they'll get rid of you after they used you (I got promoted so it doesn't concern me). - Most of the time they rig the numbers presented to customers saying : "see it's a success"

You learn pretty soon in you career what is bad management.

- Geolean is taking advantage of inexperienced and vulnerable young graduates who are looking to make their way into consulting. - Even if the job description says "consultant", your daily work has nothing to do with consulting. - Zero team spirit, no one dares to say it out loud, but the whole system is based on oppression. - You are taught to obey, regardless of whether the daily task makes sense or not. - If you don't want to obey to their rules, they treat you as if you were not good enough and don't fit into the company. If you get to that point, don't question yourself - just leave! - In the management there are no real personalities, just robots who follow the orders.
