Pros
The company was enough to have a chance of getting to know most employees to some extent. The team was largely focussed on getting it key project developed to the point of commissioning a pilot-scale development of its first geothermal field.
Cons
There were huge technical challenges. Constrained finances made it somewhat of a rollercoaster ride. Nobody could regard their roles as secure. This resulted in employee turnover and some politics at times.
