      nice atmosphere...good for freshers and to begin with...at middle level stagnancy sets in and things can really slow you down. hardware procurement orders sometimes takes time

      Cons

      cumbersome and things move quite slowly at times...politics involved...shud remove mid layer management...they shud move fast and try out more things

      Pros

      Very decent facilities - office infrastructure, canteen, IT support. An overall calm atmosphere, even a sedate pace of interaction and work, overall cordiality of atmosphere

      Cons

      No clear assignation of job role, or intimation of KRA. Lack of decisions/approvals for implementation to move forward. Less use of rationale or business considerations and more dependence on subjectivity, arbitrariness and favouritism.
