Pros
Overall positive corporate culture. Management generally understands the work/life balance. Supportive of professional development and involvement. Good employee benefits. Very loyal to their employees. While not obvious from this write-up, the pros far outweigh the cons.
Cons
Some of the owners/office managers are quite abrasive. There is a definite glass ceiling, the best and brightest don't necessarily rise (though there are some very positive exceptions), but rather, those who complain/threaten the loudest.. There is not a clear path for advancement.
