Pros
1) Great opportunity to work in latest trends and technologies. I got opportunity to work for projects dealing with Internet of Things and Augmented Reality. I think by now they must be working on Machine learning, AI, VR etc. 2) Show your dedication, skill and productivity Management will definitely encourage you with awards. 3) Every employee in the company gets the Brand GeoTech Spirit and supports the excellent teamwork. Great colleagues to work with, they cater the topmost priority of quality deliverable. 4) Approx. 85% of Associates get associated with GeoTech for longer tenure due the Company's Culture. 5) CEO and CTO are very friendly and will mentor you throughout your journey in the organisation. 6) If you have problem you have the liberty to talk to the topmost management. They will be patient enough to understand it and discuss. If possible for them without hampering organisational benefits they will try to help you out. I proudly flaunt my association with GeoTech every where. GeoTech has a huge impact on the skills and the professionalism that I have nurtured.
Cons
Yes GeoTech does have cons. Every other company does have cons and we know it all. But I bet those can be easily handled here by any professional. I will talk about the major one that most of the review has: After 2013 GeoTech went through a huge financial debacle. They asked employees to support to protect the brand as there was no other option. Those who couldn't support left the organisation. Those who could support stayed back (reason might be based upon associate's personal/professional situation). I was very much a part of this difficult phase and seen it all. I decided to stay back as I grew an emotional attachment with the company (not at all ashamed to say that). Emotional attachment for all the mentoring & liberty in work that I got from my seniors in 5 years before this phase and the growth that I had as a professional. I had to sacrifice on my salary but that was my conscious decision. Sometimes was irritating too but was my choice. Now I have heard from many, that GeoTech has overcome that phase since mid of 2016. So salary is bang on time and they are clearing out the dues with their previous employees. All the luck to GeoTech!!
