Pros
Good pay, good benefits, some interesting work
Cons
Little to no job stability, they don’t honor contracts either and will freely break them to fire someone, knowing we are all remote workers and have no protections. They don’t payout accrued holiday pay. Constant mismanagement of projects and goal shifting. Unrealistic expectations of employees and what fits within their job description. Lastly there’s a high turnover rate with whole departments being fired at the drop of a hat
