They ask new employees to work for 3 months before getting paid, which is illegal btw, and most people are told that they are not a good fit for the company after that 3 month. So a total waste of time. If you are lucky enough to survive that period, pay is 13 hourly after that but you work for 9 hours and only get paid for 8. And believe it or not the owner does not even speak English. I had a hard time understanding him. Most employees there spoke Mandarin, it was extremely hard for a non-speaker like me to fit in.
