      Pros

      Many hours available and room for promotion given time and effort. Not to mention an excellent company culture.

      Cons

      Physically demanding job and you are expected to work Saturdays if possible. You are also prone to have bad crewmates but you will find those anywhere.

      You work with some great people on interesting projects. They will take care of you and look after their employees well.

      Cons

      They could pay more. I left because it was becoming more corporate
