      Pros

      Effective, Intuitive, Honest, Trustworthy... Management really cares about its clients and its employees. They treat you with respect and give you responsibilities with plenty of opportunities for advancement. I would highly recommend being a part of the team.

      Cons

      Not really any cons at GeoMailers. They have a profit sharing bonus program that makes everyone partners from day one. You can do no better.
