Its a small company with a relatively horizontal structure that allows for collaboration and growth. Each employee has a voice and is responsible for providing feedback on key issues related to strategy and business development. Management is open to new ideas and values honest input. Genus also hosts events to foster relationship building as well as short seminars aimed at advancing employees' personal and professional development.

I enjoy problem solving and working through situations of ambiguity. Genus' culture favors self-starters with a passion for the complex. Those who are accustomed to working through a defined list of problems within a concrete structure may not be akin to Genus' culture.
