After almost 5 years at GSG, I can honestly say this is one of the best environments I've worked in. Leadership here is invested in the team - you feel supported from the top down, and there's a culture of trust and respect. Coworkers are willing to share knowledge, help each other out, and actually collaborate. What I appreciate most is the flexibility and autonomy. GSG trusts you to manage your work and get results without being overbearing. Leadership gives you the room to build and problem-solve creatively! Pivoted into this career after teaching for 5 years and have been provided so many opportunities to take ownership in defining my own path for growth here, alongside senior leadership and my Managing Director.
